The Maya Viewline consists of a cable-car and ropeway system, and it provides access from the base to the peak of Mt. Maya. The cable-car ride from Maya Cable Station to Niji no Eki Station takes roughly 5 minutes. From Niji no Eki Station, passengers can transfer to the Maya Ropeway. The ride from the Ropeway Niji no Eki Station to Hoshi no Eki Station takes roughly 5 minutes. Total travel time from Maya Cable Station to the peak of the mountain is approximately 15 to 25 minutes. During regular operation, ride services are provided every 20 minutes. During periods of over-congestion, passenger cars will be shuttled back and forth to accommodate increased numbers of passengers.

- - Closed Tuesdays (the following weekday if Tuesday is a national holiday)
- - The (final ropeway bound for Hoshi no Eki) is the last connecting ride for the day, leaving from Maya Cable Station bound for the Ropeway Hoshi no Eki Station. Please note that there are no more outbound rides from Hoshi no Eki Station to Maya Cable Station for the rest of the day.
- - Rides depart every 20 minutes. During periods of over-congestion, passenger cars will be shuttled back and forth to accommodate increased numbers of passengers.
- - Operation may be suspended due to strong wind, etc.
- - To take a pet with you, you need to put the pet in a carry. In addition, we may refuse to ride with pets if it disturbs other passengers.

The special operating schedule for the Maya Viewline is as follows:
Closed Tuesdays (the following weekday if Tuesday is a national holiday, Open every day during the summer season.)

Adult fare will be charged for passengers aged 12 and above, and child fare will be charged for passengers aged 6 years or older and younger than 12.

Discount for seniors aged 70 years or older (passengers must present a official identification to confirm their age) : 20% discount
Discount for people with disabilities (passengers must present a disability identification booklet that is valid in Japan) : 50% discount
