Kobe City Transportation Bureau, Kobe New Transit Co., Ltd., Kobe Electric Railway Co., Ltd., Rokkosan Kanko Co., Ltd., Kobe Mirai City Organization Co., Ltd., and Minato Kanko Bus Co., Ltd. have partnered with Kobe City Transportation Bureau, Kobe New Transit Co., Ltd., Kobe Electric Railway Co., Ltd., Kobe Mirai City Organization Co., Ltd., and Minato Kanko Bus Co., Ltd.
