Regarding the start of boarding service using touch payment at all stations
At each station of the “Maya View Line (Maya Ropeway/Maya Cable)” and “Rokko Arima Ropeway” operated by our company, you will be able to ride with touch payment by credit card.

・Children’s rates are not applicable.
・Supports payment by one person only. Payment by multiple people is not possible.
・Various preferential discounts cannot be used. Applies to regular prices only.
・We are unable to process refunds after payment. Please check the amount before making payment.
・Payment using both cash and credit card payments is not possible.
・Payment can only be made in one lump sum.
・Touch payment may not be available due to communication conditions or system maintenance.
■How to ride
By touching your existing touch payment compatible card (credit, debit, prepaid) or smartphone with the same card installed on the new dedicated reader installed at the ticket gate, you can pass through the ticket gate and board the train. Masu.

From April 11, 2024, touch payments such as credit cards will be accepted on all subway lines and public transportation from Kobe Airport to the city center to Arima Onsen.
Kobe City Transportation Bureau, Kobe New Transit Co., Ltd., Kobe Electric Railway Co., Ltd., Rokkosan Kanko Co., Ltd., Kobe Mirai City Organization Co., Ltd., and Minato Kanko Bus Co., Ltd. have partnered with Kobe City Transportation Bureau, Kobe New Transit Co., Ltd., Kobe Electric Railway Co., Ltd., Kobe Mirai City Organization Co., Ltd., and Minato Kanko Bus Co., Ltd. From April 11, 2024, we will begin boarding using touch payments such as credit cards.
This is the first initiative in the country to be introduced at the same time by multiple operators of different affiliates using different means of transportation such as railways, buses, and ropeways.When combined with Port Loop and City Loop, which have already been introduced, touch payment support will become available. With a card (credit, debit, or prepaid card), you can seamlessly travel between all subway lines and between Kobe Airport/Waterfront, Sannomiya, Shin-Kobe, Rokko Mountains, and Arima Onsen.
Additionally, Kobe New Transit Co., Ltd., Kobe Electric Railway Co., Ltd., Rokkosan Kanko Co., Ltd., Kobe Mirai City Organization Co., Ltd., and Minato Kanko Bus Co., Ltd. are utilizing the Kobe City subsidy system.

From August 21 (Mon) – 25 (Fri) 2017
the Maya Viewline and Rokko-Arima Ropeway will be operating unlimited rides for 500yen per day for adults and free for children (elementary school age or younger).
It is expected to be crowded on the days.
It’s better to give yourselves a little extra time.
Please use public transportation to come to the Maya Viewline and the Rokko-Arima Ropeway.
*During this period, Free shuttle bus service from Sannomiya Station to Maya Cable Shita bus-stop (located right near Maya Cable Station) is operated.
