Extended night-time service will be provided every Friday for the Maya Viewline starting from September 1, 2016.

You can enjoy one of the top 3 night-views in Japan at Mt. Maya Kikuseidai on Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

In the unfortunate event of foggy weather at Mt. Maya Kikuseidai, visitors can still enjoy the view from the observation point at Niji no Eki Station. Located 451m above sea level, this spot provides visitors with a more intimate, close-up view of the nighttime cityscape.

The Maya Viewline and the Rokko-Arima Ropeway will be providing services free of charge, from August 22, 2016 to August 26, 2016, as part of the trial programs by Kobe City Government.

*During this period, Free shuttle bus service from Sannomiya Station to Maya Cable Shita bus-stop (located right near Maya Cable Station) is operated.

The total number of passengers served for Rokko-Arima Ropeway reaches 15 million

On July 16, the Rokko-Arima Ropeway served its 15 millionth passenger since 1970. To celebrate this, the 15 millionth passenger was awarded a commemorative gift.
